Overview & Key Takeaways

A guide explaining exactly when Wardogs will be released in Steam Early Access in your time zone.

The Wardogs release time is right around the corner, folks, and it's been a long time coming. After a number of incredibly successful beta periods and closed playtests, the Bulkhead-developed multiplayer FPS will be released into Steam Early Access on Thursday, Sept. 10. Plenty of folks are wondering exactly when that'll happen, though, as everyone is seemingly champing at the bit to die at the hands of my sniper rifle. Who can blame 'em?

Here are all the details on the official Wardogsrelease time in your time zone.

Update Sept. 10: The Wardogs team has confirmed the exact release time so we have updated this guide accordingly.

What time does Wardogs release in your time zone?

It took a little while, but the team at Bulkhead has finally confirmed that the Wardogs release time is at 12 p.m. EDT on Thursday, Sept. 10. Here's how that looks in your time zone:

  • 9 a.m. PDT on Thursday, Sept. 10 for the west coast of North America
  • 12 p.m. EDT on Thursday, Sept. 10 for the east coast of North America
  • 1 p.m. BRT on Thursday, Sept. 10 for Brazil
  • 5 p.m. BST on Thursday, Sept. 10 for the United Kingdom
  • 6 p.m. CEST on Thursday, Sept. 10 for western Europe
  • 1 a.m. JST on Friday, Sept. 11 for Japan
  • 2 a.m. AEST on Friday, Sept. 11 for the east coast of Australia

Can you preload Wardogs?

If you have pre-ordered Wardogs, you can now preload the game on Steam. Simply find the game in your library and select the option to install it. It has an installation size of 42.27 GB, so make sure you have enough space on your drive. Preloading also means you'll be able to jump in as soon as the servers go live, although if the first beta weekend is anything to go by, expect some potential hiccups under the strain of so many people trying to play at once.

A Bunch Of Steam Achievements May Have Leaked For Games Like Persona 6, Kingdom Hearts 4, And More๐Ÿ–ฅ PC, Multi-platform

A Bunch Of Steam Achievements May Have Leaked For Games Like Persona 6, Kingdom Hearts 4, And More

!Kingdom Hearts IV Reveal Trailer(https://gameinformer.com/sites/default/files/styles/bodydefault/public/2024/06/03/dc2a54e4/kingdom-hearts-iv-square-enix-sgf-2024-geoff-keighley.jpg.webp) Steam achievements for a wide swath of upcoming and even announced games have seemingly leaked from Valve's backend. As a result, there might be massive spoilers floating around on the internet now for games like Persona 6, Persona 4 Revival, Kingdom Hearts IV, Mega Man: Dual Override, Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3, Gears of War: E-Day, Kena: Scars of Kosmora, Silent Hill: Townfall, Star Wars: Galactic Racer, Stranger Than Heaven, and a lot more. We're not going to reveal any of the details you could learn from viewing these achievements, but know that there's a lot out there you could be spoiled on. As for how this happened, that remains unclear. The achievements appeared onย Exophase, a site that uses APIs to automatically scan and display things like public Steam achievements. The site's owner, x3sphere, posted on ResetEra(https://www.resetera.com/threads/persona-6-and-other-unrevealed-achievement-lists-are-leaking-via-steam-walking-dead-tomb-raider-shrek-kh4-more.1627462/page-4post-160223521) (view at your own risk) and explained how this might have happened. In response to someone saying, "There's a lot of in-development lists, placeholder achievements, etc. Something has gone catastrophically wrong on Steam's end it would seem," x3sphere said, "Yes I am the owner of the site Exophase and this is what appears to have happened. Seems like a possible screw up on Valve's end, a bunch of games with achievements that should be private are accessible through the API right now and that's why they got scanned into the site. I usually never see games without an actual name pop up with achievements, yet over the past hour or so a bunch have (when there's an unknown name, we just set it to the AppID). All of that sounds pretty legitimate, but leaked achievements for games like Persona 6 and Kingdom Hearts IV, for example, call into question the credibility of the achievements themselves. Those games are months and months away, if not longer โ€“ it seems strange that achievements for them are already uploaded into Steam's backend, but it's possible. All of this is to say that there are very likely big spoilers out there for games you might be looking forward to, so take caution when perusing social media, forums, YouTube, and the like.
