‘N Plus Infinity Times Two’ is quick-paced, coach madness

Those of us who have been on the internet since the early Flash-era of gaming probably will see this game and know exactly what it is. However, for those who haven’t been playing games for ages, N Plus Infinity Times Two is a frantic, multiplayer game that has you playing through different modes, trying to make it to the end first.

There is a single player mode, which has you going through the levels with a timer and such, but the real joy within N Plus Infinity Times Two is through the multiplayer modes. My favorite of the two is the Friendship-Ending Competitive mode, where you and up to four of your friends need to race around a level trying to make it to the end. Along the way, you can collect coins and trigger traps, as long as you do not die. Once one of you has made it to the end, they turn into a rocket which can destroy one other player (or, more likely, crash into a wall) and the rest of you need to race to that end zone as soon as you can, as your points will be ticking away!

N Plus Infinity Times Two feels really good to play – the movement in the game is physics-based, but on such a smaller scale. It’s interesting to rush around, trying to get the right amount of speed and the right amount of movement through the game. There are often different enemies, traps, and levels to master making it quite fun! If you aren’t a big fan of beating your friends, there is also a team-based co-op mode.

In this mode, you and one of your friends are on the same team. Team one needs to rush around and collect as many coins in the level before team two spawns in and catches them. Then, they swap, and team two needs to collect more coins than team one did, before they are caught. This swaps from team to team, feeling quite balanced and fair. I just much rather not rely on a buddy and instead dominate the field.
