Chaosium is giving RuneQuest fans a one-two punch this autumn with two new releases: Lands of RuneQuest: Sartar in October, followed by The Apple Lane Campaign in November.

First up, Lands of RuneQuest: Sartar drops October 14 and serves as a setting guide for the newly-liberated kingdom at the heart of Dragon Pass. Fresh off throwing off the Lunar Empire’s yoke, Sartar is ripe for conflict and drama. The book packs character creation rules for Sartarite adventurers, deep dives into Orlanthi culture and clans, tribal maps, key personalities, and a full gazetteer of the capital Boldhome—breathing free for the first time in a generation.

Then on November 4, The Apple Lane Campaign arrives as a beginner-friendly three-part adventure. It follows a group of misfits defending the hamlet of Apple Lane, eventually claiming it as their own. Expect a heap of encounter tables, adventure seeds (including a talking baboon and a singing sentient cake—yes, really), setting details on the Colymar tribe, and rules for rune metals and magic crystals.

Both books require the RuneQuest core rulebook or Starter Set, and pair nicely with other titles like Lands of RuneQuest: Dragon Pass and the Cults of RuneQuest series.
