Where to find bitter leaves in Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave

As you look for bitter leaves in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, you will find yourself traveling to the four corners of the game's map. Even though this is not a rare material, there are only a few locations where you can find it. Taking the time to visit at least one of these is worthwhile since you need this material to complete one of Leda's perform quests, the "Popular Drink Recipes."

Where to find bitter leaves in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave

There are four nodes in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave from which you can collect bitter leaves. Most of them are considerably far from Dagsion, so make sure you have enough turns to reach the node before any deadlines.

One of the closest nodes to the early areas in the game is Traveler's Garden. You will find it in the northeast corner of the map, in the Castalia region. Although it takes a while to get there if you haven't unlocked the Eochaid Posthouse, once you do, visiting the node and collecting some bitter leaves will take only a few turns.

On the other side of the map, in the Solidus region, you will find the Cape Nereus node. By searching this one, you can find not only bitter leaves, but also pepper leaves. The quickest way to reach this node, if you have already explored the region, is by using a carriage to Aragona Posthouse.

Now, if you head south from the desert, you will find Pasithea, and in the west corner of this region, there's the Forest of No Return. This node offers bitter leaves as well as pepper leaves, but you will probably have to face a few battles to reach it. One of the positive sides of traveling to this node is that you will have the chance to visit three distant locations, two settlements (Breston and Whill) and the Nemea Cavern. While the first two are great places for you to buy gifts and weapons, the last will help you level up your characters. Travel to Chiron Posthouse if you want to visit the Forest of No Return.

The fourth node where you can find bitter leaves is Maharipa Garden in Ogmios. To access this node, you will need to travel south, to Salacia Posthouse if you have access to it, and then east. Pass Megaira and the Grania Stronghold, and when you get to Fort Zanbar, head north. Visiting this node as soon as possible can be quite useful since it's the only place where you can find wonder leaves in the game.

Regardless of which one you choose, you need to visit one of these nodes and collect bitter leaves if you want to complete the "Popular Drink Recipes" perform quest in Leda's path. To do so, you need to deliver one pack of bitter leaves to the Tavern Owner by 11/27 to receive not only 200 renown points, but also unlock new drinks and the Song of Passion+, which upgrades one of Leda's skills.
