The advertising campaign is reportedly valued at almost $1 million for Miami-Dade County (via WLRN), and the funds will go toward developing a plot of land behind the stadium for community use. The deal has been criticized by the county Sheriff’s Office, with Commissioner Bermudez proposing that the funds instead go toward funding gaps in the law division's budget.
